Is there an age requirement for the person signing the package? I may have to leave it to my son who is 19. I've had some packages come where you needed to be 21. Just wondering if this is the case. Thank you.

Ok so i was on vacation in punta cana, and the whole trip i was smoking cigarettes called Newport freezing point limited editon. Are those sold only in dominic rep. or someone else has heard about those? coz i tried searching on google and nothing comes up. the box is blue and the filer starts green and ends up blue at the end.

Dear Customer,

Now we understand, you were corresponding with a representative of our processing company. They said you were the first complainant on additional charges and probably that was true. Their customer support team is not related to ours and it is possible that they never received any complaints about additional charges before. This is what we assume.

I have been cooresponding with support@vis-pay and support atC-Cash on this matter and the new account which was set up in my name, since 8 July. My most recent response was two days ago from them.

The reason I began the coorespondence was when I checked my bank account, I noticed the past two shipments had this charge on them, after I recieved an email that a new account had been set up in my name.

The email said I had opened a new account with C-Cash and included a new user name and password. Seeing this and not knowing who C-Cash was I tried to research them online. Very little information was available and I became concerned that someone had set up an overseas account in my name to make withdrawels from my bank account, so I went and checked my statement and saw the charge both times my cigarette re-order occurred.

With this information, I emailed support@c-cash which was the address in the email, and support@vispay responded back. Since then there has been several exchanges, and I am upset the way I found out about all this was after a new account had been set up, which in the end wound up with me paying new charges which I have never paid in the past.

My card is a debit card with a bank and has not changed since I first began ordering from you many months ago. So no, my bank never charged this fee before but is charging it now under this new billing method. If I changed banks or something I could understand, but that is not the case and I have been reeiving shipments twice a month from you for almost a year now.

Dear Customer,

Whom did you contact yesterday in regards to your problem?
Our processing company indeed launched a new payment method since July 1, but issues with additional charges happened prior to that. Not all our customers have to pay those additional charges. It means that if you make a purchase in our shop which is located in Europe this does not imply any additional fees. Still some Banks add them in rare cases. We have made a research on our end and found out that some Banks charge 3% from a total amount of purchase made with a non US company. Probably this is legitimate but any way you have to contact your CC Company and ask them why they charged you additionally. We didn't receive that money, consequently, it was not withdrawn by us.

My last two orders I have been charged a foreign ATM transaction fee as well, since you switched from the direct payment method to C-Cash. I was told just yesterday in email that its the first time anyone has mentioned this, yet I come to your forum and see someone else has brought the issue up before me.

I do not know if its because the biller is C-CASH and the bank thinks that I am withdrawing cash, or if something with this new billing company or method has triggered something at the US banks alerting them to overseas purchases, but I do know in the past that this never occurred under the old direct billing method.

Please look into this.

Anyone know if this is a legitimate site? I thought I was buying from cigoutlet.net, my usual, but after placing the order, now I'm not sure. I think it is a different source, and maybe even a phissing type site.

I placed my second order, for my wife, through this site, and the procedure was the same as always, except for the c-check thing at the end.

Did I get taken? I will cancel the transaction if necessary, but if the site picked up phissing type info, I've got to cancel the CC... what a pain.
