Info and Caveats For First Time Customers!

Postby coachsteve » Tue May 12, 2009 12:27 am

I placed my first order with CigOutlet.Net on March 31st. Having purchased scores of items online, I was accustomed to a certain waiting period for said items to be delivered taking into account the origin of the items I had purchased. All of those items were shopped from within the United States. That plays a HUGE factor in the delivery time. The product you are purchasing is being shipped from another continent and as a result, the waiting time is significantly longer. The longest I had ever waited for a package to arrive was just over 2 weeks - and that's only because it had gotten lost somehow.
My order here took 38 days to arrive. Like many first time customers here, I began to get worried and I'll admit it..... upset with the long wait. However, just as the good folks at CigOutlet.net had assured me, my order was en route with no problems incurred. My particular order originated in Ukraine which added to the wait time.

The important thing to remember here is that the service these people are providing is saving us a substantial amount of money. They have no control over the shipping times. They do however, go out of their way to make sure that the package arrives without the contents being revealed which would alert the powers that be to the taxable contents.

The price is unparalleled.
The quality is outstanding.
The service is very good.
The communication is adequate and fair.
The bottom line is that it takes a lot longer than you are probably used to waiting.

The benefits FAR outweigh complaints about the delivery time.

If you bring an extra dose of patience with you when you place your order, you will be more than satisfied with your decision to purchase your cigarettes from CigOutlet.net.

Perhaps you could "Sticky" this post for other customers.

Regarding the quality of the product....
I had forgotten how superior the cigarettes from European countries are. American smokes don;t hold a candle to the quality, flavor and smoothness of the cigs I received last week!
Thanks again!

I smoke Marlboro Mediums - have since they came out and no matter where I;ve bought them around the country, they're like a Big Mac and McDonalds - they taste the same no matter whee I get them. However, the Mediums I got last week from the Ukraine are distinctly milder yet they have a more robust flavor, almost like a Turkish blend of sorts - it's hard to explain. The other noticeable difference is they are just a bit longer than their US counterparts - not by much, but noticeably longer. Oh yeah, and of course the Surgeon's General warning which is twice as big as the ones we're used to and the fact that it's written in Russian or Bulgarian, or God knows what language it is (it's one of those bute's that uses symbols as well as the alphabet). hehe!

Hello and thanks very much for this post. I was wary of buying cheap smokes online because I was recently tricked into an online scam. I noticed there were a LOT of sites offering discount cigarettes so I started looking them up through google. The good majority of them are obviously not legit. They take your money and then you can't contact them once they've screwed you over. But this site seems to be true to their word. I understand that they have no control over the shipping and the package is coming from outside the US. And I totally agree...considering how much cheaper their cigarettes are, it's DEFINITELY worth the wait. Cartons around here (Seattle area) are getting upwards of $70...it's friggen ridiculous!
